Passion for languages

Hello! I am Lisanne, and I am the owner of Dutch with LS Institute. I have been teaching languages for more than 10 years. Along the way I met many expats who were struggling with the Dutch language and feeling uncomfortable when they were trying to speak. That’s why I started my own language school in 2021. I believe that learning Dutch can help you to integrate faster and to feel more at home in the Netherlands. In my classes, we place a strong emphasis on conversation. To make the most of our time together, grammar and vocabulary exercises are mostly assigned as homework. This approach ensures that we can focus on speaking and practicing Dutch during class to improve your conversational skills.

My classes are structured, engaging, and always focused on current topics, so you’ll never feel bored. Learning a language should be fun and stress-free, and I strive to make my students feel comfortable and confident when speaking Dutch.
